Winthrop Area FCU will not solicit personal information via e-mail or over the phone. Do not answer e-mails that request account information. Please report any fraudulent activity to the credit union at 1-800-511-1120. Also, www.onguardonline.gov provides good information on how to monitor your credit history, use effective passwords and recover from identity theft.
